We deliver across Australia (major cities and regional areas). Delivery restrictions apply to some regions in compliance with local liquor laws.
What if a bottle arrives damaged or faulty?
Every bottle is quality-checked before dispatch. In the rare event of visible damage or leakage during delivery, please contact support@grapelegacy.com.au within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos of the affected item. Eligible cases may be replaced after review.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team prior to your next billing cycle.
If I don’t enjoy a wine, can I request a replacement or credit?
At Grape Legacy, every bottle we offer is carefully curated and quality-checked to reflect the finest expressions of Australian craftsmanship. However, we understand that wine is deeply personal.
If a bottle arrives damaged, corked, or shows an unexpected fault, we’ll gladly provide a credit or replacement to ensure your experience remains exceptional.
Kindly note: If you wish to return multiple bottles of the same wine or an unopened case, please leave them sealed — our team will arrange collection to preserve authenticity and review eligibility.
